My trip to San Francisco was simply AMAZING!!!

I arrived Sunday night, went to dinner with my cousin who I  haven't seen in a couple of years. Monday, I spent the day at the Tech Crunch Disrupt with Francois who is the Co-founder of a new photo sharing app called Snikpic. I met a ton of "Techie" people and checked out their inventions.

My cousin Moyra showed me around the Golden Gate Bridge and took me to the yummiest food spots in the city.

On my last day, I held a Meet & Greet with the local fans. When I arrived they welcomed me with flowers and gifts. It was so sweet! For those who came to see me, It was a pleasure meeting and hanging out with you! Thank you for showing me SO much love! You guys were very so sweet and fun! I can't wait to come back soon and hang out some more!

White Hot / Summer Casual Dress Outfit.

I'm loving the all white look during the summer time and this off white crochet knit dress is simply perfect! It has a lining underneath, feels light ,you can wear a bra and I like how is longer in the back. The hat gives it a resort look which is perfect to wear on tropical vacation. You can rock this dress with a pop of color like turquoise or coral  to make it fun! I'm wearing a size small and I'm 5'3 :)

Saturdays Favorite Lunch Spot & Outfit.

Yesterday I had lunch with MMC model Jessica Marie at one of my favorite spots in Miami, Mandolin Greek cuisine inside the Design District. We ordered white wine, grilled octopus (my fav), steamed mussels and pita bread with hummus. Delicious! :))

LISA MORALES AT HOME WORKOUT! Part 1

 I know it's hard to hit the gym everyday, BUT you can still have a great workout at home.  Yesterday was one of those days for me so this is what I did at home :) enjoy ! XO Lisa

  

1. Squat Reach and Jump - Squat until your thighs are parallel to the floor , iImmediately jump up as high as you can, keeping your legs wide and extending your arms straight overhead. That's one rep. Do three sets of 12 to 15 reps. only rest 30 seconds in between reps.  
2. Mountain Climbers -  these are very popular! 
3. Bicycle Crunches or Air Bike - Lie Flat, Place your hands lightly on the sides of your head. move your legs in a pedaling action as if you are riding a bicycle. .bring your opposing elbow close to each knee by crunching to one side. Left elbow to right knee. Right elbow to left knee. without pausing, repeat the movement to the other side. 
4. Bridge plus - Works abs & butt ( Lie face-up with knees bent. Squeeze butt to lift hips off floor as high as you can. Lower hips to floor, then lift them off floor, bringing knees toward chest. Do 15 reps. 
5. Remember to Stretch before and after your work out !
